Gossip Referee Calls

Fumble: A rumor that is started based on reasonable assumptions that later prove to be false

Unsportsmanlike Conduct: A rumor or commentary that is just downright mean...even if it turns out to be true

Personal Foul: A rumor started on the basis on scanty evidence

Flagrant Foul: A completely fabricated rumor with malicious intent and/or consequences

Touchdown: When a rumor or speculation turns out to be accurate
